Terms and conditions

Arrival and departure

Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Earlier arrivals or later departures are possible by agreement and with an additional fee.

Cancellation terms

The reservation can be canceled without cancellation fees up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
For reservations canceled between 72 and 24 hours before arrival, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation amount.
In case of later cancellation or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation value.

Cancellation of the reservation by the hotel

The hotel reserves the right to cancel existing guest reservations in exceptional cases (such as the closure of the entire hotel for organizational reasons), which will be notified to the guest two days before the intended arrival. In this case, the customer is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid for the reserved services and is not entitled to demand from the company the reimbursement of any damages and/or additional amounts.


Pricelist

All prices include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1,5 per adult per day and €0,75 for children between 7 and 18 years old per night. Breakfast is included in the price.


Payment

Full payment is made at the hotel reception. A credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, in case of cancellation it will be charged in accordance with the cancellation conditions.


Documents upon application

Upon arrival, in accordance with the law, we will ask you for an identity document with a photo. A valid document is a passport or identity card or, for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia, a driver's license. If guests do not have the necessary travel documents, they may be refused passage/entry. The company Vila De Casa is not responsible for obtaining and securing the necessary travel documents.


Compliance with local laws

Guests are responsible for knowing, observing and respecting local laws and regulations at the destination, and the hotel staff is not responsible for informing or warning guests about the laws and/or regulations at the destination.


Loss and damage to guest property

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged property or for injuries sustained by you or someone in your company while staying at the Hotel or our property. You also agree that, in the event of the arrival of the police, you will cooperate with the state authorities and, to the best of your ability, assist in the discovery of wrongdoing.


Complaints due to defects

If there are any defects in the room, the guest must immediately inform the hotel or its representatives and allow them to fix the problem within a reasonable time.
If the guest does not do this, we reject any possibility of later complaints or requests for a refund. You hereby explicitly agree to waive your right to complain or claim for a (part) refund after your departure.


Access and right of entry

We reserve the right to enter the room at reasonable times and for justifiable reasons.
Hotel staff and maintenance personnel may enter the room for justifiable reasons, especially for urgent maintenance work and inspection.


Parking lot

The parking lots around the hotel are free, but we cannot guarantee you a free space. Parking is therefore the responsibility of the vehicle owner, the hotel is not responsible for any damage.

Disclaimer of liability 

Guests confirm and agree to follow all posted safety warnings located in the hotel. In this case, the guests assume responsibility and relieve the hotel and the hotel staff of any responsibility, claims, lawsuits, damages or costs that are in any way related to the guest's use of the hotel and the hotel interior.

Smoking and cleanliness

Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa de Casa. In case of smoking, we will charge you the cost of deep cleaning in the amount of 200 EUR. We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean rooms. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 - depending on the damage caused.
