About the hotel
The name Villa De Casa is of Spanish origin and comes from the word zdomar. In the past, zdomars went abroad in the hope of a better life and work. A few years later, they returned to their native Ribnica and invested a large part of the money they earned in the development of the town.
VilaDeCasa offers a home to all who (planned or by accident) find themselves at our doorstep. Completely renovated, but still "in its soul" preserved as traditional, it offers renovated and above-standard furnished rooms. VilaDeCasa offers a café experience to everyone who wants to drink their favorite cup of hot drink in peace or pamper their taste buds with a range of premium wines and homemade desserts. Mornings smell of freshly roasted coffee grown and roasted in Guatemala. We have catered for all tea lovers with selected teas that are either carefully picked on the vast plateaus of Sri Lanka or carefully blended in the home environment. We continue the evenings in the wine shop, where we await you with a glass of selected wine - at the same time, we explain the story of the noble drop ordered and take you to the birthplace of the vine, where it comes from.
